Visrez is widely regarded as the best 3D Visualisation team serving the industry with over 10,000 spaces activated in hotels, event venues, resorts and convention centers worldwide. The setup process involves our team recreating the spaces based on assets provided by clients without site visits or photoshoots. Companies who do not own their own spaces such as event planners, audio visual and technology services providers could be invited to Visrez as partners by existing users. We got lots of positive feedback from partner users who wanted the software in their own businesses but the problem was they didn’t have any spaces. This got us into thinking about how to make our software more accessible to companies who don’t own physical spaces. Removing the need for custom event space modelling would allow anyone to use Floor Plan Builder by registering on the site and get straight into making plans using a professional asset library.
This update would involve a major refactoring in the way we handled users because they would not be connected to a specific property or set of spaces andwould be able to start creating plans just by setting up their account. The question was how could users create plans without custom spaces. We felt that most of our users would not be confident enough to design a space from scratch so we decided to make basic floor plan templates without walls as the starting point. Our team then decided to expand this further by creating event templates with furniture so users would not start from a blank canvas and would get a headstart by working with professionally designed tempates. This was the goal mapped out at the end of 2024 when our team started to figure out what could be involved in such a large update to platform.
Space Builder Tool
The missing piece of the puzzle was the ability to adjust the dimensions of the floor plan template to any size within the builder. Our team has developed a tool to adjust the dimensions of the floor area so rather than creating with a custom event space model, the user can resize the template what they need. So for example if you want to create an outdoor lawn plan, you select a grass template and adjust the dimensions before, after or while you arrange objects on the grass.
Professional Event Plan Templates
The Visrez furniture library was a big hit from day one and its’ popularity was the inspiration to expand it to event plan templates. Rather than starting a plan from scratch users can work with professionally created 3D Event plan templates, adjusting the dimensions to match their requirements. This means anyone can start using the software immediately by selecting an event plan template and customising for their event. Visrez designers have created a collection of more than one hundred templates covering the most common event types. Our team’s years of experience and attention to detail really shows in these templates. Working with a professionally created plan greatly reduces the learning curve and makes users feel like an expert planner right away. Professional event templates allows anyone to share spectacular event plans with clients, friends, families, vendors or using an interactive link, PDF or PNG.
Library Furniture Collections
Browsing through a library which contains over 10,000 objects can be a daunting process so we came up with the idea of releasing dedicated collections of objects for specific event types such as ‘Weddings’, ‘Festivals’, ‘Product Launches’ Trade Shows & Exhibitions’. These collections give users a ready made set of furniture assets to create detailed plans for any event. Our library team will be releasing packs every month across different categories which will be available to all standard accounts. The first pack release will be a ‘Luxury Wedding’ collection which contains more than 50 professionally designed objects for creating stunning wedding or engagement event plans.
Single Price Point for All Accounts
Floor Plan Builder is available at $59 per month or $599 per year which gets you 200+ professional event plan templates and more than 10,000 objects from the Visrez library. Every account can have unlimited users who can create unlimited plans. Accounts can be branded so that PDF exports and shared links feature your company’s logo. A single price point makes Floor Plan Builder exceptionally good value for event service companies of all sizes. All existing Partner accounts get free use of the platform up to September 1st 2025 after which they can switch to a paid account or remain as a partner on an existing client account.
