License & Support is based on the number of models and includes unlimited updates and full access to the Visrez platform.
Any order without a License & Support plan will not be eligible for ad-hoc updates to the models at any time.
Yes the annual license & support plans covers any future updates to your models at any time.
Only orders with an active License & Support plan have full access to the Visrez platform.
Once all models in your order have been approved your account remains online but with limited access.
Once all models have been approved you have 30 days to download the files before the account switches to limited access mode.
All platform tools such as Responsive Web Viewers and Reporting Tools are only available with an active Licence & Support plan.
Yes all VR orders must have an annual licence & support plan which covers the VR viewer and full access to the Visrez platform at all times.
Interactive floors plans require an a support plan which covers the embedded viewer and full access to the Visrez platform at all times.
Static Maps do not require an annual licence & support plan but they will not be updated and have with limited access to the Visrez platform once approved.
Support plans start from the date of purchase for the following 12 months
