Virtual Reality is a vital tool to help hotels and event venues communicate their spaces to event planners. Generally we allow up to three capacities per style in each space to ensure it loads quickly in the page although more can be added if necessary. Capacities can also include showing the same set-up in a socially distanced style allowing the viewer to switch between a standard and socially distanced set. Planners now need to demonstrate to their clients that sufficient social distancing measures being adopted for all future events.

How to Select Multiple Capacities

Capacities are selected in the Set-Up Styles option during production so you can choose multiple capacities and then enter in the PAX for each style option. These are then created in layout format and once approved then you receive the interior Visual for that style.
